This project offered a unique opportunity to enhance a newly built home by maximising its potential at the rear. Our team identified an underutilised 28m² external area that added little practical or visual value. By seamlessly integrating this space into the existing kitchen footprint, we transformed it into a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

The result is a space that not only expands the home’s functionality but also elevates its flow, light, and overall aesthetic — a true reflection of the Fortis approach: strength, purpose, and precision in every build.
