Three Peaks of Barkham
Project

Project Type:  Full Redevelopment & Structural Redesign

What began as a modest chalet bungalow has been transformed into a stunning, modern family home, now affectionately known as The Three Peaks of Barkham. This ambitious redevelopment required the complete removal of the original roof and a total redesign of the upper floor to deliver the vaulted layout the clients envisioned.

With a tight deadline and a new baby on the way, precision planning and execution were paramount. As the project unfolded, significant structural challenges emerged, including compromised foundations. New concrete pad works were installed to strengthen key load points, followed by the integration of a bespoke super-steel structure to form the backbone of the redesigned home.

Once the frame was set, our team took on the intricate timber roof infill that created the now-iconic three-peak silhouette. The home was completed with crisp new render, fresh exterior finishes, and a redesigned driveway providing seamless access, ample parking, and that all-important Fortis finishing touch.

The result: a complex transformation delivered on time, on spec, and with absolute structural integrity. Proof that pressure only sharpens our precision.
